Such amazing service and a huge selection of the most beautiful prom dresses. The entire process was so easy from scheduling an appointment, choosing a dress, to scheduling alteration. My best friend and my sister both purchased wedding dresses from Spybaby and had great experiences, so this was one of the top places for me to try. From my first appointment to my last fitting, Marie and her staff were amazing. The dress I loved was one of Marie’s designs and there were a couple changes I wanted to make (add a slit, make the off shoulder straps on the shoulder). They were able to make these changes with no problems! When my dress came in and I attended my first fitting, I was amazed that the dress was exactly how I envisioned. Love, love, love Spybaby!! Our experience at SpyBaby was fantastic. From picking out the dress to the alterations, we had great customer service. My daughter felt they really listened about what type and color of dress she wanted rather than just suggesting dresses that were not at all what she was looking for. We came in without a plan or a clue on the day of a black tie wedding. They were absolutely amazing! Let us come in try a bunch of dresses and then literally tailored the dress to me all before 2 pm. This place will take care of you and is amazing. I love how sustainability conscious they are and so amazingly helpful and ready to adjust as needed. They are miracle workers here.
